My hubby, Eric, works at Fidelity, and tomorrow is their chili cook off. Prizes include gift cards, and since our daughter wants roller skates for her birthday and we are competitive when it comes to food, this contest is very important to us. Our egos are on the line here.
Fidelity coworkers aiming to compete tomorrow, you are GOING DOWN in this chili throwdown. Eric & I went over our recipe last night and with a few secret ingredients, I think this chili will win and also set your mouth on fire. If it doesn't, I'll still eat the chili with pride because Eric's an amazing cook. I'll be writing about the results here so stay tuned!
