Was it a marketing ploy or does this restaurant truly hold the best pizza title in the entire Jacksonville, Florida? (Or Orange Park/Middleburg area - not sure that should even be included as being part of Jacksonville, Florida). Did they really slap advertising stickers on "ladies of the night" to get this title or do they deserve it??
With that said, I am going to embark on a pizza journey of all non-chain pizza joints that are ranked top ten by Urbanspoon including this #1 Vitos Pizzeria, and I ask YOU, any of my readers (well, okay, my 2 followers and perhaps some of my friends and family who aren't sick of me droning on about food) to do the same! Visit the top ten list on urbanspoon.com(or make up your own) including Vitos and email me your reviews. Please rate the pizza from 1- 5, 1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest. I will tally up the scores and report results right here on my blog and Examiner.com. Suggestion: I will order only cheese pizza for ease of comparison, but point is, let's find the best pizza in town!! Hope none of you are lactose intolerant.
